So it's just before half eleven tonight, and i've just finished the first day of Star Wars - what this was was a six hour and forty five minute journey that took me through the first three parts of Star Wars - when I say this I mean, today I watched Episodes 1, 2 and 3.

And I couldn't help but notice something in Episode 3 - Order 66. Y'know, when Palpatine somehow manages to control an entire legion of Clones and, in what appears to be 10 minutes, destroy almost every single Jedi in the galaxy. You'd think, after years of training that these Jedi would be able to take a few Clones - they're all pretty much the exact same as droids. Alas, four of these soldiers were able to defeat a Jedi.

Anyway, i'm not here to rant about the Jedi's ability, merely more on the fact that Order 66 is one of the most absurd things i've ever heard of. For one, these Clones were ordered by the Jedi, no? So at what point did the tall people in Camino think, 'I know, how about we slide in a cheeky wee order that, when activated, every Clone will pledge aliegance to a Sith Lord and kill any surrounding Jedi?' Not only is it unbelievably precise and, quite mental, it's stupid! Maybe there's something behind it i'm not seeing.

Not only that, but what if you got muddled up? What if you decided 'I know, i'd like this kind Clone Trooper to make me some tea - execute order 66! Oh no wait I mean 64! Oh no wait i'm being shot at! Ah, shit.'

Because those Clones didn't hesitate at all.

Anyway, today was unbelievably boring, which was probably the reason why I had a Star Wars day. Second ones tomorrow, so if I manage to notice anything about the original 3, (which I might not), then I'll let you know. It might even be on to Indiana Jones over the weekend.

D'you think there are shops that sell lives? I think I may be in need of one.

Mark, out.
